Stumbled across these intriguing Milk Straws at the grocery store. Apparently you can magically turn your everyday cup of milk into something exquisitely exciting and new, using only a straw filled with beads of flavored sugar. Jeanyus? Probably.

So the milk is filtered up through the straws filled with these flavored sugar beads and it really tastes like well flavored milk. Eventually the beads dissolve as you drink more. The chocolate peanut butter straws didn’t have as strong of a flavor, but the strawberry banana ones were awesome. A simple experiment suggested by Arthur to drink through both straws at once resulted badly – it ended up just muddling the flavors and neither came through very well. A tragedy of Frankenstein proportions to be sure. Individually though, super nifty. Not tastier than using the powder mixes/sizzurp, but just a cool idea. Check it out if you get the chance.
